"This was probably the worst place I've worked for. They changed all of the benefits (took away a lot of them including pension and extended medical. Company has gone more corporate... which I didn't think was possible. They are enforcing a harsh policy on unexcused absences, 6 in a rolling calendar and you're terminated. Lowering pay as well and their turnover rate is already sky high. Don't be surprised if you hear the word overstaffed and then lose your job within weeks. No one is here to be your friend or to train you properly for fear of competition, making it easy for you to seem like you don't know what's going on."
"I realize that chances for promotion are not based on normal criteria and while I would like more money that this pays and opportunity to advance I am satisfied to a large extent because I am only 2.6 miles from my home and I have a good working relationship with those in charge and many friends at this job. I just feel I would be more useful and productive doing what I have been trained to do over the last 20 plus years. All jobs have good and bad points, even those I am trained in."
