"Always changing environment. The pay is good if you know what you are doing and most of the people are fun to work with."

"If you are into Technology, look elsewhere. This company doesn't hold technology in high regard."

What don't you like about working at Manheim?

"No real desire to innovate in terms of technology. The company feels like it is stuck trying to hold on to the old way of doing things. There is a real disconnect between the corporate office and the locations on the field."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Put more into Technology, embrace social media, and the growing mobile platform, and really start leveraging the power of the internet to improve the business. Improve time to market, and start thinking outside of the box in terms of more opportunities to grow the business."
