"I have been working for Mancini's Sleepworld since 2011. It is an amazing company with a phenomenal family-style community. Mancini takes great care of its employees financially. Their pay style is 100% commission which played well to my benefit as one of the top salesmen in the company. They do require you to work weekends and holidays and sometimes the hours can be long, but you never know when the big deal of the day is walking through the door."
