"At this time, there is not as much room for advancement that I was accustomed to."

"Continue with the vision they put in place recently. We have new leadership who knows where he wants to take the company and what it will take to get it there. I enjoy working for a leader like that."

"When interviewing for this company the only thing I can recommend is that the people do their research on the company prior to going"

"There was not anything I did not like about this company, I would still be there if the market did not crash."

"I did not have any suggestions for management he was tough but I enjoyed every minute of it. I learned a huge amount of experience."

"Having flexibility and variety of work and having an opportunity to keep myself on the edge and synchronized with new developments, laws, and regulations in audit and compliance."

"Yes. Feel comfortable and try to be yourself! Don't say or do anything you cannot support or back up because this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, a great platform you can grow and vest in, and of course; if you truly can do what you say you can do, you are doing it foremost for yourself! Comes right back at you!"

"I don't have that many accounts; not because I can't but because bulk of my background comes from overseas and I am not established yet in the market here!"

"Seeking new potentials in service rendering markets and interaction in professional environment in order to promote and to optimize current stand. With economic developments and dynamics and constant change of criteria in corporate America, I believe there is vast potential and need for professional services that are to be explored."

"The autonomy and the financial rewards. The bonuses can be great."

"No. I do not believe that there will be any new hires in the immediate future."

"It's hit and miss getting deals done. The work rate is very sporadic."

"I am the senior manager so that is a very difficult question to answer."

"Be prepared to enter into a role where you wear many hats, ask about the multiple roles you will serve. It is a start-up organization.."
