"The Management Trainee Program was great. I was exposed to all aspects of business, from sales to marketing to operations management. As a fresh college grad the hands on experience I received has proven priceless as I have advanced in my career."

"Learning the document management system implemented by the president, Mark Miller and providing detailed estimates.providing detailed estimates."
What do you like about working at Turner Construction?
"A Great place to learn the Construction Basics. Turner gave me an opportunity to learn from the best ."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just give them the opeortunity to show the beggining Construction Managers how things are done from small to large scale."
What don't you like about working at Turner Construction?
"Their is not many things that I did not like about Turner. They are a very big company and maybe they over looked the little person."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"management was so wide spread that they could use some individual attention giving to some of the smaller departments."

"This review is very accurate, and this company doesn't pay anything and you will work long hours."
What do you like about working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car?
"I didn't like anything about this job other than it looks good on a resume because other employers know that if you can work long hours for little pay you would be able to do anything."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't work here unless you have no other options. There is a small opportunity to advancement. You will not make any money and you will work long hours 45-50 hrs a week. The turnover rate for 1st year employees is 75% for a reason."
What don't you like about working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car?
"Long hours, little pay, surrounded by unethical people."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have a work life balance and have promotions on more than just sales. The top sales people were the most unethical but management didn't seem to care as long as they were bringing in extra sales."

"The constant threat of money not being available to keep my job."

"Communicate with other supervisors: make decisions based on mutual agreement before presenting any changes in policies and procedures to the staff."

"Do not use car preps as drivers/MT's and don't use your MT's as car preps."

"Learning how to give excellent customer service, and what it takes to be a good manager. I also like the fact that you have a lot of opportunities to sell."

"Dont be too nice! Stand up for what you believe in. Dont let bad customers get you down."
What don't you like about working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car?
"The unprofessional behavior of some of the workers, bad managers' lack of paying attention and not focusing on employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It has been 50/50 with the managers, usually upper management is good, it's branch managers that need some work with people skills and running an office."

"Enterprise was a great work experience because it gave me the opportunity to learn more about customer satisfaction and management. It also gave me the opportunity to learn more about marketing, developing of new team members and most importantly network."

"Enterprise is a great company because it will show you everything you need to know about customer satisfaction. The knowledge that you will gain at Enterprise will help you to become successful at any other job opportunity."

"There is not much that I did not like about working at Enterprise. The only thing that I can say is that they need to provide more support for those who are looking for a career advantage."

"Management is good but they just need to support those who want to advance in their careers."
