What don't you like about working at Corona Regional Medical Center?
"Unreasonable hours worked and production expectations. Expectation of salaried personnel to work uncompensated overtime including weekends. Expectation of all employees to work on days off without pay. Expectation of employees to to perform duties outside of job description and duties of CFO without recognition or appreciation. Atmosphere of finger pointing and blaming others for one's own shortcomings, rather than accepting responsibility for one's own actions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop micromanaging. Use prior job performance of employees performing same or similar job duties as a gauge of production standards when assigning new job duties not previously part of a position. Stop using threats and intimidation to motivate employees, ie: talking about leaving a pink slip on employee's desk when they are on vacation, telling employees that they are not free to have conversations while at work, etc."
