"Be prepared to take less than you are worth on the job market, but enjoy a fantistic outdoor lifestyle."

"Compensation was minimal, and housing cost was ridiculous. Many of the upper level management team had no experience outside of a skI resort so at times fresh new sophisticate ideas were not there or able to be implemented."

"Replenish the talent pool by brining in outside consultants, and top candidates for open positions."
