"The firm culture is to pay the least amount of money for the employees, work them as hard as they can, and when the employees become disgruntled with the low pay and leave, simply rinse and repeat the process with the next employee. They rather proudly emphasize trading salary for experience. This holds true for paralegals, law clerks, and even attorneys. Firm environment is generally friendly, decent hours, and the people there are good people."
