"Maker Line is an upstart company in SLC Ut. that is tasked with the renovation of existing Industrial buildings for Re-adaptive use. The company is a subsidiary of Q-Factor that is the Developer. The company has suffered growing pains and has gone through a number of upper management changes in their first year in SLC. I believe they have a solid vision and with proper project management will achieve their goal of transforming the Industrial section of Downtown SLC."
