"Challenge of finding and keeping new business."

"Use it as a stepping stone. Very tough sell and if you can succeed you can do anything with regards to sales."
What don't you like about working at Eastern Copy?
"The bonuses, we had to get to a benchmark of commission. Ex.) If a deal was $10,000 and the machine cost was 9,500, I would have $500 of commission packed into the deal. In Buffalo it was very cut-throat and pretty much had to elminate all of the commission in order to win a deal."
