"I've worked at Main St. Bagels for a year as a baker. The baking machine is really fascinating. It's a modern stone bake with digital equipment on it. We can set up to 6 different timers on it. The working environment is really great here. The place is clean and the food is good. The process of baking bagels is really smooth because of good organization."
