"I love travelling because working for cruise ships I can see the world. I like that it is a fast paced environment and that I meet a lot of different people."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"never be blinded by money, dont trust anyone and save your money. invest on things that will give you the chance to get out of the system early. do trainings to gain more skills. and never limit yourself on learning things."
What don't you like about working at Magsaysay?
"working for them is very depressing and sad because there are very little chance of growing up with the company. there are too many people working for the company that you cannot be easily promoted. you work long hours everyday for an okay salary but no time for rest. the benefits are very little also."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would want more benefits for my people so that they can enjoy working for me in the end creating more revenues. I will make sure they have at least 4 hours off when there are not so much people. I will make sure they also have good food to avoid sickness."
