"I was a Resident Care Manager for Geriatric people. I enjoyed the clients, and also the work there. They were open and honest, and worked hard to please the clients and workers"

"This company is closed."

What don't you like about working at Magnolia Manor?

"There wasn't any career advancement, I was second to the top, as a RCM. The problem was that the facility did not have enough private pay people to make the salaries of the workers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management was tops. I really liked working with them, I can't recommend it as a place to work now since it is closed down."
