Senior Management (which is essentially one individual) believes that they know how to run a technology organization and not trust anyone to do their job, period. They could not manage his way out of a paper bag. Executive team all left. The CEO, while shrewd and clever in the used car salesman sense, is no manager. He never intended to run a company he had hoped to dump and it shows."
