What do you like about working at Magnecomp Precision Technology Plc.?

"No creativity, if you are creative, you will be on target all time. Because the old ass they afraid of you, and they will start playing to kick you off. HR only listen to the old ass. After this company shifted it's hub from USA, no patent has been rolled up, they do not need good people, they just need the labor."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would suggest not to join this company as they do not have any clear mandate for the people at senior position, on paper they are expert to show, but in fact they do not have, if they don't like you they can kick you anytime without any suppotive reasons. And you have to go out as the gang is very poweful."

What don't you like about working at Magnecomp Precision Technology Plc.?

"Old ass at big position, without any qualification. Just rolling the stone, without any real technical knowledge. Never training has been imparted to required employee."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Come down to at least senior level talk to them in a forum about the lackunas, do not listen only to the big dumb ass sitting at elevated chairs, rather hire good and creative people and start creating buisness. Only production will not support for longer run, suggest something good to customer from our side. HAMR technology still not sucess, not beacuse of customer only, but beacuse of you also."
