"Everything. The company was 122yrs old, it had the old school engineering mentality of get it done. It did very well for many years until Magna International bought and closed the facility."

"Magna is an auto-parts manufacturer and the business of automobiles is a very unstable and shaky business. I would love it if Magna got into other products and parts for other mechanical systems."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management was open to suggestions and I have given any worthy opinion to them and I cannot think of one that I have not already discussed with them. a more systematic drawings and engineering library of designs will give great dividends in the long run despite its initial cost of creation and maintinance."
