"Developed good working relationships with associates in spite of management direction."

What don't you like about working at Magna Int'l?

"Focus on profits and bottom line at the expense of the employee. As a result the moral is low while employees are forced to be robots with no regard to personal improvement. People are simply gotten rid of at the whim of management and bean counters who are removed from the day to day working processes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to develop systems with training to eliminate the duplication of efforts and streamline product and process in the manufacturing environment."
