"Focus on profits and bottom line at the expense of the employee. As a result the moral is low while employees are forced to be robots with no regard to personal improvement. People are simply gotten rid of at the whim of management and bean counters who are removed from the day to day working processes."

"Need to develop systems with training to eliminate the duplication of efforts and streamline product and process in the manufacturing environment."

"There was always something to be done and the engineers were always inventing new technologies that needed to be developed."

"The engineering department is in need of a lower engineer to technician ratio."

"Management there is more active and openly honest with employees. Job advancement before this recession was available at a fair rate."

"No, there is no chance that anyone would be hired at this moment."

"Well, I only worked there two years after transfering from Brighton. I have to say that I had little or no problems in such a short time."

"The management team did all it could to keep people working, which is a rarity in the automotive industry. I applaud our management team for the job they did. No suggestions."

"1. Do not show up your expertise if trainers & supervisors feel you may surpass them. 2..Just obey blindly to them even though you have better ideas & show up to top management when opportunity knock who really needs your expertise."

"1. Exuberance of preferring English language pronunciations over technological expertise for which it is known for by supervisors & other management team. 2. I trained new comers given contract from Modatek system & I was limited to work through agency."

"1. Emphasis of technological up gradation over North American English language. British or other style English language be equally recognized. 2.Elimination of night shift which can be replaced by week end shift as nature of work at Modatek system is not helping safety & productivity."
