"Too many managers, very difficult to break into management ranks. Management responsibilities not controlled by CEO."

"Hold department managers accountable to the mission statement and constitution."

"I’ve been with Magna for 2+ years and what I have enjoyed the most are the projects, like to total building an entire new physical plant network (in Warren, Mi.) under the existing one without any downtime. Of course, I thoroughly enjoy my team! Can’t be a great manager without great team members!
