"Magna is overall a good employer to work for. There is a good work / life balance and for the most part everyone treats each other with respect. The only downside to my location is that they are below the local market average in pay and do not base yearly merit increases on performance."

"I worked for Magna Exteriors for a short time but because of a reduction of the workforce I was laid off. I enjoyed the time I worked for them, the work was challenging at time but fun. Magna is a large company with lots going on so there was never a dull moment which I liked made the day go fast and always left feeling like I contributed to the growth of the company."
