"There was a culture of idea suppression. If you were someone with new ideas to solve an old problem, it was frowned upon. Many people were asked to leave, because they challenged the status quo"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Senior management should have been replaced ages ago starting with the CEO. I was really surprise when the board of directors did not terminate his employment. He is definitely not a leader and I would turn down employment opportunities if has any involvement with the new company."

"Try to expand the market, like rent Magma's massive server farms (cloud computing) to run client's computational intensive jobs."
