"I've worked for this company since 2016, initially when I started the compensation and environment was cool. Around 2017 to 2018, there were a high amount of turnover and confusion. Not to mention, the company won't entertain the idea of giving raises yet cut back on labor. Devalue the incentives the company once offered and now as I work I'm just there getting nothing out of it."
