"RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE! I worked for Magellan Medical and it was one of the most miserable environments in my professional career. There is no such thing as fun at Magellan. No smiling, laughing... just work. Work-life balance is terrible - there is no option for remote work. "The work day doesn't end at 5" even when you have a family priority, and you must take PTO for doctor's appointments and ONLY in two hour increments or more. Magellan is terrible at meeting client deadlines. Every one of us that were on a project would be scrambling last minute, and it made for an extremely high stress environment. I would not work with them if I were a client. Every employee was micro-managed and treated like a child."
