"If you spoke your mind to the upper management you would be reprimanded. If you were not buttering up to the upper management you have to secure your job. A lot of lies would be told, but again you would have to have proof that everyone covered their steps to prove you wrong. Not being recognized for your hard work and being taken advantage of since you are a "salary" employee. The morals and values are very different here at this place of business."
