"the pulling back of all process to the main office. The current process setup by North America was the most advanced than any other country and staff was the most experienced and professional. Now all the process will be disolved and the staff released."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try to be more consious of the disturbances of the process and the staff issue has caused. Try to use the existing staff in other positions at a lower salary within the company."
