"- Management couldn't care less about you. All that matters to them is the client and their profits. If something happens with the client that isn't your fault, they do not care, it is your fault and you're getting reprimanded. - The pay is ridiculously bad. If you have even 1 year of experience you can make 30%+ more easily somewhere else. You'll never get a raise, even with over 10% inflation year over year, and essentially just take a yearly pay cut because of it. - Most clients are a nightmare to work with, genuinely do not know where they find so many awful people, must be a tourism industry thing - Little to no hard skill development to be learned here - You'll be overworked, with no additional support and no financial compensation. If someone quits, you're not getting a new hire, you're getting their workload, for no extra pay. Clients keep stacking up on your plate, and you'll occasionally get the empty promise of a new hire, but it never comes. - The quote "The reward for work well done is the opportunity to do more" may as well be the motto here. Even if you worked your hardest to finish your work early on the week, the team will see that you've completed your tasks and make you take their workload because you've no "opened up". Ridiculously discouraging environment. - This place will extract your soul"
"Working at a company like Madden Media used to be fun, but things have really changed. Major shake ups in leaders of the company has removed any kind of decent culture and replaced it with fear tactics and bullying. The halls are silent and employees just put their head down and hope to fly under the radar. Major competitors continue to thrive while our partnerships are fading away. Lots of new employees are being hired, but there has been a lot of turnover, and it doesn’t seem to be voluntary."
"The environment is very nice at Madden. The downtown location is convenient."
