"I have truly enjoyed working for Mountain America CU. Honestly, if they were hiring data scientists I would stay, but they aren't hiring for that position. I've had the privilege to know a good portion of the management team, and I can say they want the best for their members and employees. I've never met more altruistic people. Granted, I haven't work in every department, but every manager I have worked for has been understanding and wanted the best for me. The company encourages education, a good work/life balance, and good mental/physical health. They allow their employees to shadow other departments to see if they would be interested in working in those fields.
