"Consider them only if you are Caucasian and an engineer. You must be able to tolerate the lack of integrity and you must be prejudice against ethnic minorities."

What don't you like about working at MACTEC?

"The VPs are extremely prejudice of ethnic minorities and voiced it in their daily communication. For example; Mexican eat Beans, Blacks eat soul food, Asians eat rice. The VPs are unseasonably rude and threatening to employees. People quit with one hour notices on a monthly basis.Extremely dishonest with contracts when billing customers - such as making up titles and hours for bogus billing - especially government contracts such as Caltrans.Extremely red tape oriented; When ordering office supplies, it was necessary to obtain 5 approvals for items starting at one penny!VP and management talked about their employees derogatory and openly but lied to HR about it."

"Hire people with ethics to include honesty and people skills."
