"Macon Resources is a great company to work for. I enjoyed my co-workers and other peers I interacted with daily. Macon Resources is not a place you can have a forever job. I found myself after the first 6-8 months of working there to see my work become stagnant and often times trying anything I could do to stay busy. I was never given the freedom to make my own decisions and take the lead on a project - every task given to me was by my supervisor. Ideas were most of the time shut down unless it was an idea someone else had and agreed with you on. There was no moving up in the company unless your supervisor was to leave their position. Overall, I appreciated what I learned at Macon Resources, but you can only stay there so long before needing to make a career change."
