4.4I joined MACOM in early 2013 to manage and direct all quality assurance efforts needed to support the design, development and manufacturing of power transistor products. On this position, I was exposed to many exciting responsibilities and I grew tremendously, many knowledge pieces from my previous jobs have been cross-linked and strengthened and forged into a strong and broad foundation. The open, trustful and supportive culture in MACOM is also beyond expectation. My colleagues always supported me with their top-notch expertise full-heartedly, and I was highly motivated to run full throttle in return. I cannot wait to go to work every morning and I cherish every day working in MACOM.

The company has more than 2000 employee around the world.
I work with validation group and then join with operation and production group and learn so many program software and hardware system test setting for debugging new chip design . I have the opportunity to work with design group and troubleshooting.
I work as an application Engineer and travel around the world with marketing for trade show to support the company products.
Everyday I support and answer technical question from customer and review their design and send my recommendation by email, and Jira software.
4.4I worked for Macom for 2.5years - I joined applied micro which was acquired by Macom for 800M. We were working for 2 big customers, unfortunately the china restrictions put us on big road block though the products were ready for mass production. The experience gained was very valuable but the business could not be sustained .
