"DON'T, unless you are desperate for a paycheck."

What don't you like about working at MacNeill Group?

"The MacNeill Group was very bias towards the hispanic employees. There were very unreasonable quotas set for their employees. There was no professionalism, nor educational encouragement towards their employees. Your insurance experience or knowledge was never taken into consideration."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The MacNeill Group is in desparate need of a total management revamp. There is no rhyme or reason to it."
