What do you like about working at MacLean Fasteners?

"New Business Development: I am primarily a new business developer who is very good at identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities at existing customer as well as new customers. I work out a sales and marketing strategy to win the business from these opportunities. I then instill the plan into my sales team to target the new business. Coaching the team we then identify and track the sales process. The combination of recognizing and targeting new business and leadership has lead to my sales and sales management success."
