I started as a QA tester, moved up to QA Management, and for the last 2 years, worked as their Project Manager. I've worked on new features for their mobile client as well as designed and configured daily In-Game Events and Sales Packs. The PlayStudios rewards platform gave me the chance to work with dozens of vendors and outside partners to strategize on driving revenue. In addition to hiring and leading the QA team, I was also on point for pulling KPIs of past events and setting up AB tests to increase ARPDAU and player retention.
