What don't you like about working at Magna Int'l?
"I was pleased with my whole experience at MAGNA. I consider working for them again."
What do you like about working at Mobile Climate Control?
"Including my Supervisor, Leader all the associate were too good, cooperative,flexible. we have a good team and that resulted in the growth of Production ( much better than day shift ).Our Manager Mr.George also very nice person, always appropriate for our work."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"yeah, When I was called for Interview, they asked me about my previous company- ' Cold matic refrigeration product. As I told them that Company has gone Bankrupt,They asked me about my associate who worked with me as a Machine operator.As they wanted to create a new team for Night shift for Mobile climate control inc.We helped them to Start Night shift by creating a anew team."
What don't you like about working at Mobile Climate Control?
"they gave us LAY OFF within @ 9 months of work, that is waht I don't like."

What do you like about working at Champion Lumber?
"I was always learning to use new lumber moving machines,and encourged master their operation, 4-foot stacker, board dealer. 8-foot stacker,bobcat, frontend loader, and bigred forklift."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Hard work. Look out for the pinch points on machinery, do not be late for work, or late from breaktime."
What don't you like about working at Champion Lumber?
"I did not like having an employee with three more months tenure than I consistently taking the least demanding jobs and giving me the more difficult jobs on a rotating basis. The supervisor said tenure was company policy and could do nothing about it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do not tell visiting VIP,s in front of employees he dosent pay fair wages because it is so easy to get qualified peaple to work there."

"The benefits were good. The people I worked with made the job fun. I liked being left to do my job without a supervisor standing over me all the time."

"The way people are treated, the hours, and they kept taking away all incentives while expecting more work. always too cold!"

"The most, I liked the way they treated me and the people I worked with."
