"Its a Job, I get paid as a contractor that's about it."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"none he's not hiring at this time and I don't foresee him hiring anyone in the near future either. also unless the applicant has the patience of a saint and the abilities of a 20 year professional webmaster and IT support tech with at least 7 years of phone support experience with companies like Fanniemae he doesn't have a chance. if he does have all of that he wouldn't accept the pay."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"patience is golden and stop macro managing the hired help. we get it done as quickly as we can and we go alot deeper then you would think about doing."
