"Different culture, and hands on. Ok when it's busy."

"Owner needs to learn how to run a shop correctly, doesn't even know how to right a estimate for collision, nor how to treat a customer correctly or his employees"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To know what your talking about thoroughly, and to have a urgency for great customer service, with out that your customer base is going to dwindle."
