What do you like about working at Ma Labs?

"I can build new relationship with various manufacturers and vendors, and I've learned alot about business through my position. I've developed strong analytical skills and business development skills, that I can apply in any product or industry."

What don't you like about working at Ma Labs?

"As a taiwanese-owned private company, employees seem to get less freedom and respect. Such as all full-time employees still need to clock-in and clock-out daily within set period of time, even for lunch hour. There are other company policies that employees are not so happy about."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To increase productivity and efficiency, management should focus more on results instead of implementing unfair policies, and should implement more team-work incentives to enhance employees' team-work spirits."

"A lot of experience in different areas. Definitely not a job where you do the same thing everyday."

"It is a private company in which nearly all of the top management is related to the owner so the career growth is limited."
