"Keep drawing your unemployment until something better comes along!"

What don't you like about working at Ma Labs?

"The company is Chinese owned and operated. They are cheap! They have calculated a commission structure where no one is making any money. Of the 15 sales people there when I left, only 3 people actually made and commission money, and those 3 were managers. Spiffs are not paid in a timely manner and when they tell you cash... they really mean gift cards from Costco and Target. The other problem, your sales managers sell against you. The Atlanta office is completely unorganized with everyone pulling in a different direction and no sales support. All the office furniture is in terrible shape. It looks like worn out hand-me-downs that Goodwill couldn't sell. The arms on the chairs they give you are literally falling off the chair. All the while you have daily, yes, DAILY meetings to be told how bad you suck at your job and you better work harder or you will be fired. The place sucks and is just a flat out negative and depressing work environment to be in!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The sales staff's attitude is reflective of it's leadership. I would suggest hiring a REAL manager and clean house to create a more positive working environment."
