"The owner is INSANE.... literally. He is a bully and a womanizer who keeps a lawyer on retainer. The environment is unprofessional, unstable, and uncomfortable. The irrational, and constantly changing polices make it next to impossible to do your job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The owner should retire. The elder sons should stick with sales and let the youngest son run the business."
