"They only give small raises if you are promoted. I have NEVER heard of anyone getting a raise who wasn't promoted. One person I know has worked there 7 years and never gotten a raise."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Eliminate one of the senior management positions to save money. Focus on developing a few outstanding products. Don't produce so many mediocre products."
