"I have been with the company since 2014 and it's a great place to work. I love my job, my coworkers, but it just seems like everything has ground to a halt in terms of growing both financially and personally in the company. I do not want to bash my company, but this place should be an amazing place to work, but instead our benefits are non-existent and those we have are sub-par."
