"This company is very unprofessional. underpay and force employee's to work by point system. They are forced to work weekends or get points and fired. Sexual harassment is allowed by team leaders and they goof off too much play with phones and make sexual comments to each other. Way too Intimidation and bullying by people in charge. There are really nice people that work within the company however many line leaders are rude, lazy and unprofessional. The company does nothing to stop this even with ongoing numerous complaints. If someone complains they then get bullied out by team leads and other upper mgmt. There is a little click between the line leads and non professional treatment to workers. Need to step up to the times with policies, stop sexual harassment, fix cooling and heat, increase pay and stop forcing long work hours. Also need to fix machines that constantly fail."
