"I worked with the same patient for three years and enjoyed seeing her grow up from 17 to 22 years old."

What don't you like about working at Interim Healthcare?

"Not enough hours and cut salary three times per hour, there was no cost of living increase and no increase in pay even if you had a perfect record."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give the nurses more hours and let them work 12 hour shifts if they want to do it. Give them the salary equal to the work they do."
