Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you have a degree from an Ivy League school, just sit back and enjoy the ride. Everyone else, keep your head down and don't get too friendly wit the managerial staff."

What don't you like about working at Luxoflux?

"In a nutshell, Those with the fewest clues are coolest. In-house promotions given to popular people, those who didn't make trouble, i.e., didn't point out problems with the game design."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You all have a sad, sick fear of failure. It completely decimates team unity. Do not think we can code-release in 90 days without any wiggle room. Don't make pariahs of the people that tell you where the problems are. Don't play obvious favorites and/or reward the butt-kissers."
