What do you like about working at Lundgren Management?

"I enjoyed the upper management of the organization, specifically the president and VP. I was enabled to make my own decisions, controlling my own destiny. LM truly helped me grow professionally."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The president is very logic-minded person. Use facts and specific data to back-up your statements. Keep the emotional in check. Most importantly, become a Green Bay Packer fan and come from the midwest (Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, etc...). It will help you establish character with the president. Graduating from the same college as the president is also very helpful."

What don't you like about working at Lundgren Management?

"There were a few people in the organization that I questioned their character, but they have since moved on. The office politics were minimal in comparison to other organizations that I have worked with."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I truly enjoyed my time with Lundgren. The only reason I left the organization was due to issues in my personal life causing me to move out of the area. My suggestion is that LM continues to develop and refine its policies and procedures, and continue to offer training sessions along with education reimbursement."
