What do you like about working at Lundgren Management?

"Being in the field is like not having a boss. I come and go as I please. If I leave early no one will ever know. I can succeed or fail all on my own. There is no support from the main office any more so it's like I'm running my own company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Unless your a Lundgren or one of their best friends and love spending all day playing sports pools in stead of your job don't waist your time."

What don't you like about working at Lundgren Management?

"Nepotism runs muck. Any of us who aren't related to the Own have the neck on the chopping block even if we're are far better qualified then the Wisconsin gang. People in the field have been laid off but people in the office who know nothing of construction are still working."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of all the fluff in the office and hire some construction people that can support the field"
