"I was at LunaDNA for over one year and had a good experience working with some very talented people. LunaDNA has a lot of promise. There is a vision to help the greater good and most of the employees embody this vision. However, LunaDNA falls flat in executive leadership and suffers from a toxic work culture. Zero opportunity for personal growth and lack of respect for personal health of workers. The CEO and CIO should be more involved and create less divide between the ranks. It is not even close to a flat structure and there is a serious conflict of interest in HR."
