From a technical support and professional services aspect the product was great and the team behind it was great at helping customers, understanding there needs by listening to feedback and adding product feature based on that feedback. It was a great team atmosphere. Being on site with customers and having product failures, I found the engineering, QA and management team was awesome and everyone pitched in to ensure the customer was successful."
