"It's not a bad place to work overall. If you are on the technical side be ready to be managed by the sales team. Lumenate has a major problem with providing a "practice manager". The practice managers are good but they simply don't have the time to provide the support you need. Pay is good, benefits (especially health) are poor. The internal direction is a little all over the place at the time of writing. The good part is work from home, bad is tons of travel."
"Lumenate is small company with a very strong 'get the work done' mentality. They treat their engineers well and I have enjoyed working for them. I would recommend this company to anyone with the opportunity. They've recently become a Cisco Gold Partner and are growing at a rapid pace. While the company does have to give in to customer demands, the management does everything they can to keep work and life balanced."
