"I currently work for Lumberton isd as a paraprofessional. As a paraprofessional I am in charge of one individual student that has behavioral problems. During the day we are located in the cm room at the high where I gather the students daily work from regular teachers and then processed to teach him everything he would regularly learn in normal class rotation. I work with a fantastic group of teachers, counselors, and administrators. We as a group are helping this student get his education in a way that caters to his individual needs."

"I'm very grateful for the opportunities I've been given to grow as well as having the pleasure to work with cooperative and loving coworkers and superiors."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Because of the financial crisis Texas school districts have been experiencing as well as the large number of layoffs, I would remain prepared to find another job until things pick back up again"
